David Gee

David Gee is a multi-talented artist with more than 1 million followers in Spotify with his recent hit : UNA VEZ MAS.

Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, raised in Florida, USA

David Gee showed an artistic talent at a very early age, he always had a great passion and skill for singing, playing the piano and guitar. As a child, he competed in a wide range of different talent shows, and won all of them by impressing audiences with his singing and stage presence.

After high school, David Gee continued his education with economic studies at the university, but the music was always parallel with his other projects. After University David Gee moved to France for some language studies. He got introduced to and entered The Music Conservatorium where his major subjects were Singing technique and Direction of orchestra. This was the moment when his experience as a professional singer started with performing and producing records.

While enjoying his success in France, David Gee began exploring other projects and got an invitation by one of Germanys most important producers, with one of the biggest studios in Europe. He moved to Germany and started a year’s long collaboration with the studio where he was producing, composing and singing. He also started collaborating with other artists during this time. Parallel with his work, David Gee improved his professional skills with studies in Studio sound technique and Music production.

David Gee´s extensive accomplishments lead to a big tour around Germany with Umberto Tozzi where he was doing the backing vocalist and two songs duet. After the tour he joined the band Modern Talking, from 1998 to 2003, where he was performing backing vocals and playing bass guitar. During this period David Gee did a lot of TV shows world wide where he shared stage with artists like Ricky Martin, Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, Lenny Kravitz, Phil Collins, Will Smith and Alejandro Sanz and much more

David Gee’s production and international success with the song Samba Pa Ti nr 1 in Spain made him move to Mallorca. During two years he toured around with the new-formed group Bahía Kings as a lead singer, all over Europe.

David Gee is currently DJing and touring with his own project, performing at clubs, private parties, weddings and different luxury events all over Austria, Germany, Italy, Spain, Marroko, Colombia and other countries, performing at big events for big brands. Meanwhile he is back in the studio producing house music, afro house and continuing his management of his own project.
